Service Returns

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if services have not been fully delivered or if there has been a significant failure to meet the agreed-upon service standards. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed within 14 business days.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items
Services that have been fully completed and delivered are generally not eligible for refunds. Customized research reports and consultation sessions that have been conducted are considered delivered services.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service request before work has begun. Cancellations made after work has commenced may be subject to partial charges based on the work completed.
